Aisha Jamila is an American actor who is most well recognized for her appearances in TV series The Shield and True Blood. In the years since her first appearance, she has shown her ability to perform in series like Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. In 2005, she received attention initially for her role as Anna In Assault on Precinct 13 The first time she was recognized was for her part in the biographical 2005 documentary All the Way.
